why plant more grass?

i am turning the sandpit into a fruit and veggie garden.

already on the list:

lemon, lime, tangerine trees

strawberries

green onions

carrots

arugula

broccoli

artichokes

and corn.....

later on in phase 2:

cucumbers

tomatoes

squash

watermelon

and...
